Who is HypnoBirthing for?

✔ Parents who are interested in reducing, often completely eliminating, the need for chemical assistance, lessening the fatigue during labor, and easier emotional and physical post-partum recovery

✔ Pregnant parents who require special attention such as individualized medical care or scheduled C-section. Even though such labor and delivery will be under the strict care of a chosen medical team, there are still invaluable techniques that we will learn together such as deep relaxation, prenatal bonding, stress management, and releasing fears and tension. All babies can be welcomed into the world with an atmosphere of joy, calm, and love.
What is included in the virtual 5 week program:

Five Units each lasting 2.5 hours for you and your birthing partner
2. All the materials
After you register for the program, you will be mailed the textbook, the workbook, and a card with instructions for an audio download. It may take between 5- 10 days for the materials to arrive depending on where you live .
3. Support
If you need additional clarification on anything we talk about in classes or you need another form of assistance, I am just an email away. I am there for you until your big day!
4. Special gift
Many cultures in the world consider a birth of a child to be the most special event. They have rituals that welcome a baby into their community. In many European cultures, including my own, there is an old tradition of planting a tree when a baby is born. That tree becomes the baby’s tree and is protected from being damaged or cut down.
I believe that the birth of your little one is as much a gift to the world as it is to your family. I made it a personal mission to help create a healthy and peaceful world for all generations to come. For each couple that goes through the 5-week HypnoBirthing journey with me, I will donate $20 to the One Tree Planted organization. Now your baby will have not only one personal tree but 20 of them!
Here's what happens when you sign up:
Step 1.
You’ll fill in the form above and tell me a little bit about you & your family. The payment is due at this time. I will email you a registration form separately.
Step 2.
Once the registration process is complete, an order for your materials is placed. You should be receiving the materials between 5-10 days. You can begin to read the materials and listen to the audio as soon as you receive them.
Step 3.
The program starts and we have fun over 5 weeks of virtual sessions delivered in a group or in-person setting.
Step 4.
Your baby is born! I would love to hear about your birth story and see your little one’s birth announcement. This is when the donation is made on your baby’s behalf and trees get planted.
Investment
Virtual 5-weeks HypnoBirthing program in an individual or group setting. The investment for the individual program is $645 and the group $395.

Support until your child's birth if you need additional clarification on anything we talk about in classes.
