What Is HypnoBirthing®?

HypnoBirthing® is a comprehensive childbirth education program that combines evidence-based birth education, deep relaxation, breathing techniques, self-hypnosis, visualization, nervous system regulation, and partner support tools.

The goal is not perfection. The goal is helping you feel calm, informed, empowered, and emotionally prepared no matter how your birth unfolds.

This class supports: hospital and birth center births, unmedicated and medicated births, and belly births (aka c-section).
