Information about the program:
For now, all classes are virtual. All you need is a camera and a good internet connection.
I ask parents to keep their cameras on during the class; it is much more fun to engage with each other if we can see each other’s faces.
Registration is open to no more than 12 couples per class.
The program costs $395 and includes all classes for you and your birthing partner, all the materials required for the class, and my support until the birth of your baby.
As a token of my appreciation for allowing me to be a part of this special time for you, I have a tradition of donating $20 to the One Tree Planted organization for each baby born to the parents who complete the hypnobirthing program with me. That is 20 trees your baby can call his or her own :-). My goal is to create a world where all our kids grow up in a healthy environment, breathing clean air.

"Ivana has been a great teacher during the whole training. She explained with passion and dedication every segment, also makes sure we understand, which I think is very important, she’s also a text away if you have any doubts or concerns! Thank you so much for your labor, and time!"

"Ivana was so amazing. Very loving and kind in her teachings and her voice. I am 34 weeks now and I feel a lot more confident and ready to deliver my son in a much more mindful and natural way. Thank you, Ivana!"

"Ivana is a fantastic hypnobirthing instructor who truly embodies her teachings. She balances discussion of standard course material with tailoring the lessons to the needs of the person/group. She is clearly well-versed and passionate about the work, which radiates when she guides us through each piece of information and exercise. She is a genuine, compassionate, and empathetic person, which is extremely beneficial in easing anxiety and apprehension and leaning into mindful-based practice and connection with body and baby. I feel so incredibly grateful that she became an integral member of my community to prepare for the birth of my baby. I feel knowledgeable, confident, prepared, and at ease through the mindset I was able to strengthen during our time together."
