Baby changes everything—but it doesn’t have to cost your relationship.

Strong couples raise strong kids yet 67% of couples grow apart after baby’s arrival. Don’t be one of them. With Bringing Baby Home you will learn to stay connected, happy, and in love.

What is Bringing Baby Home (BBH)?

BBH is an evidence-based workshop developed by Drs. Julie and John Gottman, world leaders in relationship research.

This isn’t fluff nor another “read one more parenting book and hope for the best” program. It’s practical, evidence-based, and life-changing.

In this hands-on program, you’ll learn:
- How to move as a team through sleepless nights (yes—even at 3:00 a.m).
- How to avoid fights that leave you feeling unheard.
- How to keep love, intimacy, and laughter alive while raising a baby.
- How to parent with confidence and unity, instead of confusion and conflict.
- How to give your baby emotional security by creating a calm, connected home.

Imagine This For a Moment…

You’re running on little sleep—but you still feel like a team. You know how to talk so your partner actually hears you. As a result, your relationship feels stronger now than it did before baby.
Because of all of it, your baby has no other option but to grow up in a home filled with warmth, safety, and love.

This isn’t a fantasy. It’s what’s possible when you intentionally nurture your relationship in the early months of parenthood.

Why This Matters

Your baby is watching and learning constantly. Every smile, every hug, every way you and your partner connect is creating the story of love your baby will carry for life.

You are your baby’s first love story. Why not make it the best one?

When you and your partner are showing up as your real, imperfect, beautifully human selves—you’re giving your baby exactly what they need: a foundation of trust, security, and love.

  • When you’re connected, your baby feels safe and is eager to learn.

  • When you work through conflict with fairness and respect, your baby learns trust.

  • When you nurture your love as a couple, your baby grows up knowing what healthy, lasting love looks like.

The best gift you can give your baby isn’t perfect parenting—it’s a strong, loving partnership.

FAQ

When is the right time to take BBH?
Anytime during pregnancy or in the first 3 years of your child’s life. The sooner you start, the stronger your foundation will be.

Do both partners need to attend?
Yes, this workshop is designed for couples. The magic happens when you both learn and practice together.

What if we’re already struggling?
BBH isn’t therapy—it is based on research that helps couples move from disconnection to deeper understanding. Many couples find it a turning point but some also decide that therapy is more suitable before taking this program.
