What a Session Is Like:

STEP 1:

Arrival & Intention (first session is 90 min. long)
We arrive, breathe, and clarify what you most want from our time together.

You and your body set the pace.

STEP 2:

Guided Hypnosis Sessions (60 minutes)
You relax into a safe, focused state while remaining aware. We follow your inner guidance to release stress and update patterns.

STEP 3:
Integration
We debrief, ground, and choose simple practices so your insights carry into daily life.
